In order to pass Pet Rescue Saga level 340, you need to be very careful. Working from the top down can help you plan ahead better and not miss any matches.

If you make matches on the bottom, you’ll break cages, but you may also unwittingly break important matches further up in the level. Don’t risk it! Plan ahead!

Level 340 Cheat #2: Combine matching blocks each turn

For each set of blocks you match out of the board, you should ideally be bringing together a new set of blocks as well. Look for blocks that aren’t next to each other, but could be.

If a block is very far away from all its other “friends,” you may want to use a column blaster on it. You’ll only get one of those, though, so save it for the end.

Level 340 Cheat #3: Use bombs to destroy metal blocks

Metal blocks are easily the hardest things to destroy on this board. You can use some line blasters to get one or two, but that’s not going to work for all of them.

Break the cages around bombs and use them to blow up the final metal boxes. Don’t worry about accomplishing this quickly–just plan ahead so you can move the bombs next to the blocks by the end of the game.
