Level 1 of Pet Rescue Saga contains a tutorial in-game, but in case you need some clarification, these tips will help you get started! The board is the space that is filled up with different colored blocks. Sitting on top of the blocks are animals, called pets. Your job is to match adjacent blocks of the same color together to remove them from the board. When they disappear, additional blocks and the pets at the top will fall towards the bottom of the screen, or the ground, to fill the empty space left by the blocks you matched.

Level 1 Cheat #2: How to make a match

Making a match of blocks is easy! If you are playing on the computer, simply click on a group of same color blocks to remove them from play! This is called making a match. You need to make matches with of at least two or more blocks to remove them from the board.

Level 1 Cheat #3: How to beat a level

Next Tip

When you have removed enough blocks for a pet to reach the ground, the pet will run off the screen and is now considered to be rescued! Your job is to strategically remove the blocks from the board so that the adequate amount of pets that you need to be rescued can be rescued. However, be cautious of the amount of available matches that you have! If you run out of matches before rescuing all the pets, you will lose the level!
