Level 10 Cheat #1: Save more pets than is necessary

Often times a level will have a requirement of saving a certain number of pets, yet there will be many more pets on the board. While these extra pets are there to make the level easier and give you more options should a pet get stuck, they are also a great opportunity to get a wild amount of points and guarantee a three star high score! While you play, try to bring as many pets to the bottom as you can. When extra pets are freed they will give you bonus points that are worth a lot more than any match you could make.

Level 10 Cheat #2: Using your rocket booster to save pets

Though this isn’t a problem on levels with more pets than the goal asks for, there will be levels later on that only has the exact number of pets that your goal asks for. On these levels, isolated blocks can be a real issue because they can prevent a pet from being freed if there is no way to match them. If this happens, keep your rocket booster available. You can use it as a last resort to eliminate the isolated block from the board and save the pet!

Level 10 Cheat #3: Board height and losing pets to the ceiling

On levels where the board shifts downwards, any pets that will be higher than the ceiling when the board shifts will be knocked from the board entirely, and there will be no opportunity to save them. In these instances where your screen is going to drop lower and you have a pet at the top of a column that could be knocked off, use the rocket booster! The rocket booster will eliminate the entire column and bring your pet back down to the bottom of the screen for a second chance.
