Level 123 Cheat #1: Focus on breaking all the cages from the caged blocks first

This level isn’t insanely difficult due to the sheer amount of animals that drop from the top, but you still should clear the board in a methodical fashion to help rescue all of them. Focus first on making the matches necessary to break the cages from the cages blocks. When all the cages, or most of the cages are broken, you will have a unified board of solely colored blocks that will be much easier to match and allow you to focus completely on freeing pets.

Level 123 Cheat #2: Focus on the columns with multiple pets in them

Since your moves aren’t unlimited, put your focus on the columns with multiple pets in them so that when you eliminate all of the blocks beneath them, all of the pets in the column are rescued in the same move.
