Level 133 Cheat #1: Set off the line blaster booster to get things started

The board in level 133 is a mass of double-caged blocks surrounded by a few isolated blocks, and matches are going to be impossible to make at first. In the center column of the board you are given two balloons and one line blaster booster. Being as the balloons will do nothing to blocks trapped in cages, your only choice is to set off the line blaster booster in the middle. This will clear a few blocks on the side of the board, allowing two rows of new and matchable blocks to fill in from the top of the board.

Level 133 Cheat #2: Work the blocks at the top of the board to chip away at the caged blocks

The double-caged blocks are going to be a pain, but the only way to get rid of them is to chip away at them by slowly making matches from the top of the board. Ignore your balloons for now and make small matches in the top few rows to gradually break the cages from the blocks beneath them. Matches will become increasingly easy to make as you clear more cages from the board.

Level 133 Cheat #3: Restrict yourself to matches that break cages

Though matches will be easiest to make at the top of the board, they are entirely useless except for the small amount of points that they will yield. Instead, limit your matches to those that are adjacent to the cages and will have a greater impact on the board as a whole. If you run out of moves to make, you can use your balloons as a last resort to help get things started again. Aside from that, slowly work your way down to the pets so that they can eventually be freed.
