The first thing you should do in Pet Rescue Saga level 151 is use the blaster booster on the very top row. This will remove an entire row of cages and make room for your pets.

Level 151 Cheat #2: Then release your pets

After you have made room for the pets with the blaster booster, you should release them from their cages. Click or tap the same colored cages to release the pets. You want to start moving them to the bottom as soon as possible.

Balloons and bombs are also useful in clearing up room in the board, but be careful not to trap the pets in the cages. Only bombs and rockets can save the pets from being trapped in the cages.
