Level 16 Cheat #1: Caged blocks

Level 16 introduces a new aspect of gameplay to Pet Rescue Saga with the caged blocks. Caged blocks cannot be matched directly until their cage has been broken. All you need to do to break the cage off of a block is make a match adjacent to the block that is caged. When the match is made, it will shatter the cage, and the block will be able to be matched.

Level 16 Cheat #2: Burst as many of the cages from the caged blocks in the beginning as you can

The beginning of the level will be the easiest time to break the cages from the blocks because they are all consolidated into two rows straight across the board. Look for any long reaching matches that can be made that will shatter the cages from multiple blocks at once. Then, once the board has become mixed up a little, try to burst the rest of the cages from the remaining blocks. The last thing you want is an isolate block to mess you up simply because it has a cage on it and cannot be matched.

Level 16 Cheat #3: Use your rocket should you miss a cage

If you do happen to be unable to break a cage from a block and fear that it could impact your success on the level, you can always use the rocket to help you out. Target the column with the cage, or cages, and let the rocket rip.
