The first thing you need to do is pull some matches from under the layered wooden cages. Make sure to try and pull them just below the third break. This will bring them down and also pull some blocks from the breaks, and put them atop the second column of cages. Open the key and one animal will sit atop the block while the other one gets trapped. However, that can be fixed.
