Don’t be intimidated by the concrete blocks as the pets will naturally move downward if you break blocks

Level 589 Cheat #2: Drop all pets to bottom row above locked boxes, then use key

Combine the pet boxes to release the pets. Move them all to the 2nd to last row, just above the locked boxes

Use the key to unlock the boxes once you do this. Now all those pets will escape free
