Level 609 Cheat #1: Use the line blaster boosters to clear the cage machines

At the start of level 609 you will notice that the board has four pet cages at the top, an assortment of colored blocks, four line blaster boosters, and two cage machines. Naturally the cage machines are your most difficult obstacle; however, you have been given two line blaster boosters to eliminate each cage machine. Drop each line blaster booster down to the same row as the cage machines, and set them off consecutively to clear the protective cage with the first, and the cage machine itself with the second. You will need to time this correctly to get it right.

Level 609 Cheat #2: Use your column blaster booster to destroy cage machines

If by chance you couldn’t eliminate a cage machine using the in-game line blaster boosters, remember that you always have your column blaster booster to help you. If you eliminate the cage from a cage machine, but aren’t able to line up a second line blaster booster in time, use your column blaster booster to eliminate the entire column that the cage machine is in. Also, if a pet cage is in this column it will be freed.

Once you have cleared the cage machines from the board, the board will shift downwards towards the ground. Be wary of tall columns with pets at the top while the board shifts down, because if you lose a pet to the top of the board you will fail the level. You can use the column blaster booster to help you free pets in a number of ways. Use it to clear high columns that put pets in danger of being knocked off. Also, use it to free pets from cages that can’t be matched easily, or to shoot already freed pets straight to the bottom of the board to be collected.
