Pet Rescue Saga level 680 is completely dependent on your ability to charge the balloons. Since the last two rows are separate from the top board, you’ll have no other way to free your pets. You’ll need to use your balloons to open your animals carriers and clear blocks beneath them.

Level 680 Cheat #2: Match up bonus blocks at bottom row
